“TechnoExpertService Ltd.” (“TES Ltd.”) has been working at the market of engineering services since 2008. Our company provides full range of service on technical support on the execution of projects for construction of oil & gas gathering, treatment, transporting, purification and processing facilities; for construction of industrial and civil facilities both in the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad. At the present moment the company has an experience in fulfillment of projects in Russia, Republic of Kazakhstan, Republic of Uzbekistan.

We have highly qualified experts in our team with considerable expertise in oil and gas construction area in Russia, in the neighboring countries and beyond. Most of the employees participated in the execution of international projects and are familiar with best international engineering, construction and projects management practices which is supported by the appropriate certificates.

“TechnoExpertService Ltd.” is a member of Self-Regulating Organization (SRO) “Non-Profit Partnership for Construction  of Oil and Gas Facilities NEFTEGAZSTROY” and has Competency Certificate No. 001462-2012-7734593981-C-41 for a certain types of activity affecting the safety of capital construction facilities issued by this SRO.

We operate Integrated Management System, developed in “TES Ltd.” and certified in compliance with the International standards ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
Based on the results of the Special Evaluation Study of Labor Conditions (SESLC) conducted by “TES Ltd.” for the purpose of assessment of professional risks, labor conditions at all the company’s work places were found acceptable.

We are in a position to collaborate with all companies undertaking activities in the field of construction of production facilities and provide more information on our Company and our capacities.

To carry out work on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2011, the Engineering Company TechnoExpertService Ltd (EC TES Ltd) was established, which enabled us to provide services in the local market, fulfilling local conditions, attracting the maximum number of local staff.

EC TES Ltd. has staff certified in accordance with the norms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also has an Accreditation Certificate for the right to conduct engineering supervision services at technically complex facilities of the first complexity level
